Updated on 30 October 2026.
The essentials, in five lines.
VoiceCoach Pro records your account, your training programmes, your sessions and your fitness test results. That's all, and it is only used to show them back to you.
No advertising in the app, no advertising ID, no location, no access to the microphone or to your contacts. On the web version, and only if you accept it, Meta measures the effect of our ads.
Nothing is sold, and nothing goes to an advertiser without your consent.
You can erase everything yourself, permanently, from the app: Settings → Delete my account.

SIREN and SIRET are French company registration numbers. Write to this address with any question about your data: a real person will answer you.
These test results are health data. The law protects them more than other data, and rightly so. They are only recorded if you take a test of your own free will, they are only used to show you your own progress, and they never leave your account. They are not shared, analysed, sold or used to profile you.
The link between the inviting account and the invited account is recorded, to credit the programme bonus. Nothing else is shared between the two accounts.
This list matters as much as the previous one.
| Data | Reason | Legal basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account and settings | Recognise you, find your programmes on any device | Performance of the service you request |
| Programmes and sessions | Show you your history and statistics | Performance of the service you request |
| Test results (health data) |
Calculate and show you your progress | Your explicit consent, given by starting a test after reading this page |
| Workout reminders | Send you a notification after 3 days without a session, on the evening your streak of consecutive days is about to end, and 2 days before your free trial ends: on your phone, or in your browser on the web version | Your consent, which you give to Android or to your browser and can withdraw |
| Subscription | Manage your subscription and your Premium access | Performance of the contract you take out |
| Measuring our ads (web version) |
Know whether our Facebook and Instagram ads brought you here | Your consent, given in the banner and withdrawable at any time |
You can withdraw your consent at any time: stop taking tests, turn off reminders in the settings, or delete your account.
Reminders are all optional. In the Android app, they are local notifications: your phone schedules and triggers them itself, without going through any server, and permission is only requested when it is needed. The reminders switch is in the settings. On the web version, they go through our server, only if you accept it (section 5).
Your data is hosted by Google Firebase (Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC), which provides two building blocks: authentication and the database. Google acts here as a technical processor: it hosts your data, it does not use it for its own purposes.
These servers may be located outside the European Union, in particular in the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The website voicecoach.nathielab.com is hosted on a private server and delivered through Cloudflare. It only serves files and records no personal data, with one exception: reminders on the web version, if you accept them (just below). If you accept the measurement of our ads, it is your browser that sends the information directly to Meta (section 7).
Reminders on the web version (since 30 October 2026). The same reminders can arrive as a notification from your browser, only if you accept it: the permission window only appears after an action on your part. If you accept:
On iPhone, these notifications only work if you have added the web app to your home screen. Reminders are used for nothing else: no advertising, no tracking.
Apart from Google Firebase, only two services receive anything, and never your training data: RevenueCat for your subscription, with Stripe if you pay on the web (section 6), and Meta on the web version if you accept it (section 7). No data broker. If you accept reminders on the web version, our server and your browser's notification service are also involved, as described just above.
In the Android app, the VoiceCoach Pro subscription is managed by Google Play, which handles payment and billing. I never see, receive or keep any bank details.
Subscriptions are technically managed through RevenueCat, a company based in the United States. RevenueCat receives your account's technical identifier (a code, not your email or your name) and the details of your purchases: plan, dates, status. Nothing about your training. You can cancel at any time from the Subscriptions section of your Google Play account.
On the web (voicecoach.nathielab.com), the subscription is paid by card, through RevenueCat and Stripe. You give your card and your email address directly when you pay: I never see your card. Your email is used to send you the confirmation, your receipts, the reminder before a yearly renewal and the link to manage your subscription. You can cancel at any time from that link, or from "Manage my subscription" in the Pro screen. If you cancel, we may also email you to ask why (optional) and, twice, to offer you a discount to come back; each offer email has a link to stop receiving them. The web subscription is sold in France, under our terms of sale (in French).
On the web version of VoiceCoach Pro, in a browser, a banner asks for your consent. If you click “Accept”, the app loads Meta's pixel. Meta is the company behind Facebook and Instagram. The pixel tells us whether our Facebook and Instagram ads bring people to VoiceCoach Pro, and helps show them to people who may be interested. If you refuse, or if you don't answer, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent. The Android app has no pixel.
What is then sent to Meta:
If a Facebook or Instagram account is logged in on this browser, Meta may link this information to that account.
What is never sent: your email address, your name, your programmes, your sessions, and above all no fitness test result, since these are health data. Meta's automatic reading of buttons and forms is turned off, and no phone number is passed to it.
Who is responsible: for collecting and sending this information, Nathalie Scharf, AI-Creativ, and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers (Article 26 of the GDPR). The essence of their agreement can be read at facebook.com/legal/controller_addendum. For what Meta does with it afterwards, Meta alone is responsible: see its privacy policy. Meta may process this information in the United States; it states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework to do so.
Legal basis and duration: your consent. Your choice is kept for six months on this device, then you are asked again.
Changing your mind: at any time, in Settings, “Manage cookies”. If you withdraw your consent, nothing more is sent from that moment on. You can also clear your browser's cookies. You can exercise your rights with me, at [email protected], or directly with Meta.
It is your right, and it requires no justification.
From the app: Settings, at the very bottom, “Delete my account”. You will be asked to type the word DELETE, then to confirm your identity. It is immediate and permanent.
Without the app, or if you can no longer access it: the steps are on the Delete my account page.
The European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) gives you the right to:
Write to [email protected]. You will get an answer within one month at the latest, and usually much sooner.
If the answer does not satisfy you, you can contact the CNIL, the French data protection authority, at cnil.fr.
VoiceCoach Pro is not intended for, or offered to, children under 15. If you are the parent of a child under 15 who has created an account, write to me and I will delete it.
This page shows a date at the top. If it changes, the date changes. No change is ever made silently, and any new data collection will be written here before it goes live.
